A little about me

I have been quilting for about 6 years.  I write patterns and distribute them freely on my website Peach Quilting. 

I am a stay-at-home mom of a 6 1/2 year old boy and a 2 1/2 year old girl.  They take up a lot of time, but occasionally I get to escape into my bedroom to quilt. 

I began quilting in the summer of 2000 when I went to stay with my grandmother while my husband (who is in the military) was stationed overseas for a bit.  My son was just a baby and I did not work.  My grandmother taught me to quilt so that we could pass the time.  Soon I was hooked big time.
